i adored the central location. the premium finishes throughout my stay elevated the experience, especially the nicer towels and premium shampoos. the summit bar was amazing, its panoramic views were like a love letter to the city and fjord!!!
The small bathroom felt a bit cramped. A little more space would have been amazing.

ABSOLUTELY fantastic STAY!

breakfast buffetdelicious browniecity viewmodern room
The breakfast buffet was HUGE with many choices. I noticed a chocolate brownie. IT was delicious. The summit 21 hotel bar provides a great view of the city at night. I saw professional staff, they seemed happy to help. Rooms ARE spacious with a modern look.
The shower floor COULDA been more non-slip. A rubber mat COULD solve it.

The room included standard amenities, such as soundproofing, for a quiet visit. Rooms are of a decent size, perfect for a family. The modern design creates a comfortable and functional area.

a bit disappointing

convenient locationslow check-in processlimited room service
The location is convenient, with trams to the central train station just a short walk away.
I found the check-in process slow with long queues. There were only two desks open and the staff seemed constantly interrupted. Room service was limited and the beds were not made daily, only bins emptied and towels replaced. This is not up to standard considering the price i paid.

poor maintenancelaughable breakfast
The air conditioning did not work in my superior room. it was july and i expected more from such a place. the front desk offered a fan, but this was not adequate. i think they should have warned guests before arrival. it seems a recurring problem on the upper floors. the breakfast was also quite laughable compared to my expectations. It lacked variety.
